Island Project

This project comprises: Desert Pearl, Infinity and Solace. The project vision is to create an eco-tourist attraction that combines Dubai’s history and heritage with the natural beauty of the desert.

The iconic ‘Island Project’ is a tribute to the Pearl Diver era and at the same time a synthesis of perfectly mastered architecture and infrastructure, individual and commercial expectations, real world and virtual reality, innovation and a sense of tradition which culminates in the evolving Web3 industry.

Desert Pearl Project

Desert Pearl is envisioned to be a first-of-its-kind real estate development driven by tokenization technology, which stands at the intersection of high-end living and state-of-the-art technology.

Desert Pearl will feature two luxury hotels, luxury apartments, a high-end commercial cluster and a luxury retail precinct in addition to a boulevard and private marina. The luxury boutique hotel with 88 keys will also house an arena, an Arabic astronomy museum, planetarium, Concord’s Gallery, and hanging gardens. These real estate offerings may present prospects.

Infinity Project

Infinity is planned to be a combination of fashion, of culture, of high design, automotive design. The DDX Global and its’ partners vision is to create something beyond fashion, beyond luxury. Infinity aims to be a precinct which celebrates high design. The conceptual idea comprises two blocks of luxury apartments, a branded fashion hotel, a series of ateliers and a private marina in the middle. The aim is to bring designer brands together. There may be opportunities such as auctions, virtual auctions, access to fashion shows, access to the world’s top fashion brands.

Solace Project

DDX Global and its’ partners plan to connect land and sea by introducing Solace, a 120m mega-yacht that is planned to create a sanctuary that lends itself to the ultimate feeling of privacy.

Overview

In June 2023, the first building block was laid for what would become an extraordinary venture. DDX Global would become a Dubai-based consultancy specializing in the tokenization of real-world assets which would give rise to flagship projects, either DDX owned or client projects.

One particularly iconic project stood out – the ‘Island Project’ – a heritage celebration poised to pay homage to the history of pearl diving, while piloting the untapped potential of asset tokenization.

Zhuzh Designs, a DDX Global partner, is a world-leading, ultra-luxury, bespoke architecture, and interior design company that conceptualized this landmark endeavor titled: the ‘Island Project’. What rapidly took shape exceeded expectations. Zhuzh’s conceptual designs breathed life into Dubai’s rich traditions and the frontier of financial innovation and wealth democratization.

This undertaking’s solid foundations had been laid well beforehand by Dubai’s outstanding governance and foresight. The visionary D33 initiative, aimed at solidifying the emirate’s position among the world’s preeminent economic capitals championing industrial growth, provided an ideal fertile habitat for the ‘Island Project’s conception.

The planned project aims to align with both the D33 initiative and contribute towards the “Dubai 2040 masterplan”.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a leading consultancy specializing in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), giving rise to flagship projects by linking world-class real estate opportunities and tokenization.

Our aim is assisting clients in tokenizing these assets/projects through a simple process that DDX Global plans to facilitate.
